Kindly read the following Terms & Conditions before registering 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES:-

All Rates in Saudi Riyals and net payable to us.
Hotels prices are on Room only unless specified.

CONFIRMATION:-

All our confirmations will carry the Booking reference, net amount payable to us with time limit for you to accept/reconfirm services booked by effecting payment. The booking will be automatically released if payment does not reach us by the cut-off date given for you to accept and effect payment for services booked.

PAYMENT:-

At the time of confirmation, GULF WINGS will provide you with a time limit for acceptance.
Agents with Credit facilities
To accept the booking a copy of your Voucher should be faxed to us prior to the expiry of the given time limit. Please note that credit facilities will only be granted up to the value of the approved credit limit provided the outstanding does not exceed a period of 14 days.
Agents wishing to establish credit facilities, please call us.
Agents without credit facilities
The net amount payable to GULF WINGS should be remitted by Bank Transfer and copy of the "Bank transfer slip" faxed to us prior to expiry of the given time limit. Failure will result in automatic cancellation of services confirmed.

VOUCHERS:-

Vouchers can be issued for each service confirmed after payment has been effected and your vouchers can be honored with hotels booked by us.

Amendments & Cancellations:-

Any amendment after reconfirmation attracts amendment/cancellation fee, which could range from a minimum of one night accommodation to forfeiture of full charges depending on the service being amended/released.
Cancellations for part or all services confirmed must be intimated clearly.

REFUNDS:-

All services are non-refundable, unless we are able to obtain a refund from the service provider.
No claims would be entertained once the refund is processed.

LIABILITY:-

Gulf Wings acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, Hotels and others contractors and shall not be held responsible for death, any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or other irregularity caused beyond its control
